We just took possession of our home on Friday, but we had scheduled ProSolutions a bit ago to quote us on a long list of upgrades/repairs. Craig came by first thing in the morning to take a look at the scope of work. We ended up moving ahead with a tankless water heater and an air conditioning unit. We were incredibly surprised to hear that they had inventory AND could install SAME DAY (this might not always be the case depending on the equipment required, but it sure was a welcome surprise after a very hot weekend of moving). Shortly after, Junior and Paul arrived and rolled out the red carpet for us (literally and metaphorically). These men worked incredibly hard to get everything up and running for us before leaving that night, including hauling away our old HWT, giving us some pro tips & cleaning up after themselves. I’ve already been able to enjoy a HOT bath at the same time as running a load of laundry. ProSolutions was our first call and will be our ONLY call moving forward for plumbing/heating/future AC needs.
