Full-Time | Edmonton, AB | $95,000–$200,000+/year (Base + Commission)

We’re currently seeking a ticketed or experienced HVAC technician to join our team as a Comfort Advisor — someone who understands systems from the inside out and can confidently guide customers through options, pricing, and upgrades. This is not a door-to-door or cold-call sales role — it’s a trusted technical advisor position for homeowners already working with ProSolutions.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and service residential plumbing, heating, and cooling systems
• Identify comfort system needs and present clear, professional upgrade or replacement options
• Recommend and sell best-fit repair or retrofit solutions that prioritize long-term performance and efficiency
• Educate homeowners with transparency and technical credibility, helping them make informed, confident decisions
• Discuss pricing, financing, and promotional offers with professionalism and clarity
• Represent ProSolutions with integrity—building a reputation that leads to referrals and repeat business.
• Collaborate with the install team to ensure seamless project execution.
• Stay current on product knowledge, promotions, rebates, and financing options.
• Provide field-level insights and customer feedback to the Service Manager to improve processes and customer experience
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle
• Participate in the on-call rotation (approx 1 week per month)
• Uphold company ProSolutions' standards of safety, professionalism, and legendary customer care on every job

What We’re Looking For

• Certified Journeyman/Journeywoman HVAC Technician or Plumber (or equivalent experience)
• Valid Class 5 driver’s licence with a clean abstract
• Performance- and revenue-focused, with a proven ability to build customer trust, present solutions, and meet performance goals
• Experience working with a wide range of residential HVAC, plumbing, and IAQ systems and brands
• Strong communication skills with a desire to educate homeowners and guide confident decisions
• Comfortable discussing pricing, equipment options, rebates, and financing in a respectful, transparent manner
• Proficient with technology to build quotes, manage service notes, and track performance metrics
• Professional demeanor, strong follow-through, and a customer-first attitude
• Highly reliable, safety-focused, and confident in troubleshooting under pressure
• Strong personal standards for workmanship, communication, and integrity
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in varying conditions (heat, cold, dust, noise).
• Experience with Alberta gas codes and residential code requirements is required
