What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and service complex residential HVAC systems, including advanced diagnostics and retrofits
• Build customer confidence by presenting honest, clear options and delivering outstanding service
• Recommend the best-fit repair solution for long-term system performance
• Oversee major system upgrades, replacements, and high-level installations
• Lead by example with strong technical skills, customer communication, and problem-solving ability
• Mentor and guide apprentices and junior technicians through hands-on training and support
• Ensure all workmanship meets or exceeds industry standards and ProSolutions expectations
• Assist the Operations Manager with field training, quality control checks, and process improvements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle
• Participate in the on-call rotation (approx 1 week per month)
• Uphold company ProSolutions' standards of safety, professionalism, and legendary customer care on every job

What We’re Looking For

• Certified Journeyman/Journeywoman HVAC Technician
• Valid Class 5 driver’s licence with a clean abstract
• Senior-level experience: Minimum 5+ years residential HVAC service and repair
• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed revenue performance metrics
• Proven success in repair sales, with the ability to set up the Home Comfort Advisor for success and close with integrity
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across a range of HVAC systems and brands
• Leadership mindset — calm, confident, and supportive of team development and field mentorship
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in varying conditions (heat, cold, dust, noise).
• High personal standards for workmanship, communication, and integrity
• Experience with Alberta gas codes and residential code requirements is required
